How to feel calm


Feeling calm is important because if you feel
angry you can feel
calm and not angry.
Here is an explanation about how to feel calm.


How I know when I  feel Angry. I know I am
angry when I do not have waffles for
breakfast. Another reason why I know I am
angry is when my mum leaves without me.
And when my dog scratches me.


When I need to calm down I run in the A room
(I have a step brother)
I watch you tube and hide under my blanket.



My happy place is the kitchen because I love food and food makes me calm down. The A room and Waydes shed make me calm because I can watch youtube.

When I know I'm calm when I stop yelling, I walk out of my room and I ask Mum to have waffles and get them.

Now you know how to be calm and not angry.
